Q I want to claim for the repairs to my caravan/trailer through my insurers. What do I need to do?

A We can help you with your caravan insurance claims. You need to get an insurance claim form from the insurers. Complete the claim form and send it back to your sinsurers with a copy of our estimate for the repairs. We will take over from here. We will keep in contact with your insurers and meet with the loss adjuster on your behalf.

Q The wall paper in my caravan is discoloured. What's the problem?

A The walls in your caravan/motorhome may be suffering from damp. We test the level of moisture using a damp meter which gives us a percentage reading. If the reading is high, it is probable that the walls of your caravan are in need of repair and protection from further moisture ingress.

Q How often should my caravan/motorhome be serviced?

A We recommend an annual service. Caravan and Motorhome servicing helps keep your holidays trouble free and make sure that everything is running like clockwork. It is important that your gas and electric appliances have regular safety checks.

The police occasionally conduct random checks. You can produce your service certificate as evidence of regular servicing.

Q How long will my repair take to my motorhome /Caravan?

A We endeavour to repair your caravan/motorhome as quickly as possible. The time taken depends very much on how quickly the parts, if needed, are delivered to us once ordered.

Q How soon can I book my repair/service?

A Please give us a call on 01772 626908 and arrange for an estimate to be carried out. If our estimate is acceptable to you, we arrange a date for you to bring your caravan/motorhome in for rpair.

Q What motorhome caravan repairs can you help with?

A We are specialists in ''above chassis'' or ''habitation'' repairs and maintenance, in other words, all the aspects the motor mechanic doesn't tackle. Annual habitation servicing for motorhomes includes important checks to your water and heating systems. Regular fridge, cooker, gas safety and damp checks are also part of our service and are key to enjoyable trouble free caravanning.
